Figure Sculpting – Low/Hi impact programme incorporating Reebok step, hand weights and completing the workout with a legs, tums and bums routine .

 Pilates Challenge – Combination of standing and mat base programme using fit balls, light hand weights and bands.

 

 Box Fit An energising fun workout using boxing techniques & circuit training.

 

Boxing Technique – Learn the skills and techniques whilst improving strength and endurance. Ideal for the recreational to the competitive boxer.

 

*Junior Boxing Club - A fun starter class to help teach children the benefits of boxing, as well as increasing their fitness level and co-ordination.. Price = *£3.50 ( Ages: 8 - 14yrs Junior Boxing Club Only).

 

 Squad Training  - The Studio ABC training sessions for the competitive boxer.
